EB MVP units ship July 2026 (founders' batch). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Filter packs ship within 3 business days of order.

Replacement schedule and what to buy.
Every 2–4 weeks depending on local air quality and daily ride time. Riders in heavy traffic / high PM2.5 cities (Jakarta, Bangkok, Delhi) replace every 2 weeks. Cleaner air, longer life.
Yes. HEPA filter packs (10x, 30x, 50x) are sold directly on our filter pack page. Larger packs work out cheaper per filter.
Subscription rolls out later in 2026. For now, our 50-pack lasts most riders 12+ months.
If something doesn't work as it should, here's the path.
