Our story

Built for the breath.
Not bolted on.

Easi Breezi is a clip-on cooling and filtration system for any helmet. Engineered around the air a rider actually breathes — not the helmet they happen to own.

Why we built it

Because riders breathe the worst air in the city.

Helmets were designed for one job: protect the skull. Everything about the air inside — the heat, the trapped CO₂, the diesel haze from the bus you’re stuck behind — was left for the rider to deal with.

In dense, low-altitude cities across Southeast Asia, PM2.5 levels regularly spike past anything a desk worker ever encounters. Riders take that hit at face-level, in traffic, on every commute.

We didn’t want a new helmet. We wanted a way to make every helmet better. A clip-on system that moves clean, filtered air across the face — without re-engineering what already works.

That’s Easi Breezi. Built for the breath, not bolted on.
Rider in heavy traffic — the air everyone breathes PM2.5 at face-level, every commute
What we believe

Three things we won’t compromise on.

Easi Breezi is engineered. Every decision — from filter spec to clip geometry — comes back to these three.

01

Fit any helmet, change none.

If a system only works on the helmet you’re trying to sell, it’s a helmet, not a system. Easi Breezi clips onto what riders already own — full-face, open-face, modular — without modification.

02

H11 HEPA. Locked spec, not marketing.

The filter spec is ≥95% PM2.5 capture, certified to H11. We picked it for the right reasons: high enough to make commute air meaningfully cleaner, low enough to not strangle airflow at the face.

03

Modular. Built to outlast the helmet.

Filters are consumable, the system isn’t. Every part — clip, fan housing, HEPA cartridge — was designed to be replaced individually, not thrown out with the rest.

How it’s engineered

An airflow system, not an accessory.

A clip-on the rider doesn’t notice on the helmet, and absolutely notices on the breath.

Active airflow, not passive vents.

A low-draw fan moves filtered air across the face — the same volume regardless of how fast you’re moving. No more dead air at red lights, no more wind blast on the freeway.

~8 hrsper filter, in heavy commute conditions

H11 HEPA, sized for the face.

Most masks force air through a fabric weave too dense for sustained breathing. Easi Breezi’s cartridge gives the filter the surface area it needs to do its job without you working for it.

≥95% PM2.5captured at certified pass

One clip, every helmet.

The mount was the hardest part. We tested across full-face, modular and open-face shells until one geometry held on every category without adhesive, without tools, without modification.

3-shapeuniversal clip system

Service in minutes, not days.

Swap a filter without tools. Replace a fan housing without sending the unit back. We don’t want a single rider grounded waiting on a warranty queue when a replaceable part costs the price of a coffee.

How we manufacture

Engineered in Hong Kong. Made with partners we’ve verified in person.

We don’t hand a CAD file to a stranger and hope for the best. Every supplier on the bill of materials has been audited, sample-tested and signed off before a single unit goes into production.

1

Filter media

Certified H11 HEPA from a specialist filtration manufacturer — the same grade used in cleanroom and medical air handling.

2

Assembly & QC

Each unit assembled and pre-flight tested by a vetted partner. Fit-checked across multiple helmet shells before it leaves the line.

3

Fulfillment

Shipped from our 3PL partner direct to riders worldwide. Order tracking, returns and warranty all handled from one place.

4

Compliance built in, not bolted on.

CE, FCC and EU REP-of-record sign-off were part of the design brief from day one — not a retrofit before launch.

The founder

Built by an engineer who got tired of holding his breath.

Ash

Mechanical engineer · Founder, Easi Breezi

A mechanical engineer with a background in automation, Ash started Easi Breezi after years of riding through the kind of traffic where the only thing your helmet protects you from is the wind.

The brief was simple: a system that fits any helmet, captures PM2.5 properly, and gives the rider control over the air they actually breathe. Three years of prototyping, supplier visits and helmet-to-helmet fit testing later, that’s the product.

A helmet keeps your head safe. We wanted something that kept the rest of you safe too.
