Ash — Founder & Mechanical Engineer, Easi Breezi
Ash is a mechanical engineer and the founder of Easi Breezi, where he is building an active HEPA air-filtration system that clips onto a motorcycle or scooter helmet (patent pending). He designs the product, runs the testing, and writes the research behind this blog.
He is a UK citizen based between Hong Kong and Bali — which means he rides daily in exactly the dense, high-PM2.5 traffic this blog is about. The engineering here comes from someone who builds filtration hardware for a living and breathes the problem on the commute home.

Every statistic is linked to a primary source — the WHO, EPA, government air-quality data, or peer-reviewed studies — not other blogs. Where a number is an estimate or a projection, we say so. Product performance figures reflect the filter's rated specification (H11 medical-grade HEPA, at least 95% PM2.5 capture) and independent lab testing; real-world performance always depends on fit and conditions, and we say that too.
