Every Easi Breezi filtration unit is covered by a 1-year limited hardware warranty from the date of purchase. We build the unit to last, and if a defect in materials or workmanship shows up in that first year, we will make it right.
What is covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship in the Easi Breezi unit's hardware, including the fan module, housing, and mounting hardware, for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Units that stop working under normal riding use as described in the product manual.
What is not covered
- Filter saturation or normal expiration of consumable filter media. Filters are consumables and are meant to be replaced.
- Damage caused by accidents, crashes, drops, or improper installation.
- Units that have been modified, opened, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
How to make a claim
Step 1. Email solution@easibreezi.com with your order number, a short description of the fault, and photos or a short video of the issue. If you have registered your unit, include the serial number.
Step 2. We reply within 1 business day. Most claims are resolved from photos alone, without you needing to ship anything.
Step 3. If the unit has a covered defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, including shipping.

Returns and refunds
The warranty covers defects. If you simply change your mind, unopened units can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are covered there too, at no cost to you.
